đ Since 1998, in July and August, Cannes and its famous « Croisette » have welcomed the worldâs greatest pyrotechnists for the Annual International Pyrotechnics Art Festival. During this unique festival, many countries are competing in a multi-coloured and musical battle, in an enchanting atmosphere, to win a « Silver Vestal » Award and earn the right to compete for the prestigious « Gold Vestal » , awarded only once every four years.
â The master alchemists of illumination practise this thousand-year-old art form using the latest innovations and techniques, delivering even-more flamboyant colours every year!
â€ïžđŹInteresting fact: The festival is eco-friendly, and the Cannes Bay is cleaned after each show to protect marine life. Not to be missed if you are on the French Riviera during summer.
